She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Vienna, an MBA in Digital Marketing &amp; Data Management, and an MSc in Data Science &amp; Management, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach. Her research aims to investigate how political narratives circulate and spread across social media platforms, exploring their potential impact on democratic cohesion and the pillars of an open society. Additionally, Heidrun actively contributes to the Climate Agents initiative\u2014a citizen science project empowering students to examine local climate impacts through AI-driven, evidence-based storytelling.
