Ana has been a Partner and Training Manager at the Leadership and Communication Academy since 2011. She delivers training in leadership, negotiation, and communication for companies such as Toyota\/Lexus, Fujitsu, Schneider, Farfetch, Natixis, Delta, Outsystems, among others. She provides consulting and executive coaching in corporate storytelling, media training, change management, leadership development, team management, and business negotiations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ana works closely with HR and training teams on the design and implementation of annual training plans, the creation of internal training academies (both online and in-person), content development, gamification strategies, and impactful communication for video-based learning. She also supports teams during organizational change processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has implemented virtual reality as a learning resource in 12 classrooms for 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students. Her master\u2019s thesis focuses on identifying the barriers to VR adoption in schools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nI work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and education\u2014exploring how emerging technologies can empower leaders to connect more deeply, communicate more clearly, and build cultures across disciplines.
