Built with Unity 3D, the system offers an active, cost-efficient, and personalized learning experience. Trainees engage with diverse virtual personas (e.g., gender, ethnicity) and varying learner agency (e.g., confidence, commitment, talkativeness), practicing targeted communication strategies.
