Our website is designed and continuously updated in accordance with the requirements of the Austrian Federal Law on Barrier-Free Access to Federal Websites (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=20010727\">Web-Zug\u00e4nglichkeits-Gesetz<\/a>, WZG BGBl. I. Nr. 59\/2019 as amended and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/eli\/bgbl\/I\/2023\/76\">Barrierefreiheitsgesetz<\/a>, WZG BGBl. I Nr. 76\/2023 ) implementing Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:32016L2102\">Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies<\/a> (Official Journal L 327, 2.12.2016) as well as Directive (EU) 2019\/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (Official Journal 151\/70, 7.6.2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">This statement on accessibility applies to <a href=\"https:\/\/it-u.at\/\">https:\/\/it-u.at\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">The scope of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/eli\/bgbl\/I\/2023\/76\">Barrierefreiheitsgesetz<\/a> does not apply to <a href=\"https:\/\/it-u.at\/\">https:\/\/it-u.at\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>1. Compliance status<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">This website is partially compliant with Conformance <strong>Level AA<\/strong> of the \u201cWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines \u2013&nbsp;WCAG&nbsp;2.1\u201d and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, due to the non-compliances and the exemptions listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>2. Non-accessible content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>2.1 Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Some of our PDFs and downloadable files do not fulfill all accessibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Some images could have missing alt-texts. Some icons that do not need alt-text could have alt-text attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Headline hierarchy could be incorrectly used &#8211; for example, an H2 headline could be followed by an H4 headline instead of an H3. Elements that look like a headline could be marked up as regular text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Text on images or video with both very bright and dark areas could have low contrast despite using overlays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">The Flipbook plugin used to leaf through PDFs is not fully accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Some video content does not have subtitles or audio descriptions. This can restrict access for people with visual or hearing impairments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>2.2 Disproportionate burden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>2.3 The contents do not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">Embedded Media from third parties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">\n<li>Google Maps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matterport 3D Player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>3. Preparation of this accessibility statement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">The latest version of this document was issued on October 1st, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\">This statement was prepared based on a self-assessment done by&nbsp; Interdisciplinary Transformation University (IT:U).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-copy-small-font-size\"><strong>4.
