The workshop brings together researchers and practitioners to explore how technology-enhanced learning can support interdisciplinary project-based learning (iPBL) in higher education and workplace contexts.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As interdisciplinary collaboration becomes increasingly important for addressing complex societal challenges, learning technologies must evolve to better support teams working across disciplinary and professional boundaries. TELIP 2026 aims to develop a shared research agenda for the next decade, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and innovations shaping technology-enhanced interdisciplinary project-based learning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The half-day hybrid workshop will feature case presentations, collaborative discussions, and breakout sessions dedicated to identifying key challenges and defining future research directions. Participants will work together to formulate research questions, share experiences from educational and workplace settings, and contribute to a community-driven vision for future TEL research.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IT:U Involvement<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop is co-organised by an international committee that includes several IT:U researchers: <strong>Sebastian Dennerlein, Till Winkler, Carla Barreiros, and Alexander Steinmaurer, and Christina Nystr\u00f6m<\/strong> alongside leading experts from European and international partner institutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interdisciplinary project-based learning (iPBL)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team development and collaboration in interdisciplinary settings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artificial intelligence and learning analytics for teamwork support&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technology-enhanced learning in higher education and the workplace&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment, team composition, and collaboration competencies&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Future research directions for TEL and interdisciplinary learning&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event Details<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> 15 September 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybrid, half-day workshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valencia, Spain &amp; Online<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EC-TEL 2026 (European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important Notice<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To participate in the half-day session on 15 September 2026, make sure you register for the\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/ea-tel.eu\/ectel2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Twenty-first European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning (EC-TEL 2026)<\/a>\u202fand complete the\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/survey.it-u.at\/index.php?r=survey\/index&amp;sid=654412&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">survey<\/a>\u202fto share your perspectives and apply for the workshop.
