Mert Tütenkan
I’m Mert, a PhD Candidate at the University of Twente working on the HeatCraft HP Project. My background in cognitive psychology and educational science provides a unique perspective for advancing educational studies. My research interests revolve around metacognition and self-regulation in higher education and workplaces. In the HeatCraft HP Project, we aim to develop a workplace curriculum for heat pump installers by identifying target groups, mapping skill gaps, and designing tailored training programs using principles of educational design research (EDR). Due to the collaboration in this project with Sebastian Dennerlein and his thesis supervision, I am a associated member of the Digital Transformation in Learning research group.
