Amber Kornet
Amber Kornet is a researcher at Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a PhD candidate at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Her research focusses on team learning and the support of cross-functional team learning processes through both human and material facilitators. Coming from a University of Applied Sciences, with a background in education, the applicability of science is important to her. Most of her research findings have been translated into practical guidelines and workshops. Her research designs are mostly multiple case studies with a mixed methods approach. I am an associated member of this research group due to the joint work on the “Hit the Gas”-Project with Sebastian Dennerlein and his supervisor role in my thesis.
