Transformative learning for sustainable futures

At the research group Transformative Learning for Sustainable Futures, we study how individuals and collectives make sense of current and future challenges, adapt or integrate perspectives, and develop shared directions for potential solution pathways. We approach this from both a learning and a collaboration perspective. By developing a deep understanding of the processes and mechanisms underlying transformative learning over time, we design support measures and tools to facilitate learning and collaboration in times of change.
