Rethinking Everyday Eating Beyond the Plate
How do we decide what we eat? What makes food “healthy,” “convenient,” or “meaningful”? In this interactive workshop, we will reflect on our everyday eating habits and explore the relationship between humans and the environment.
We’re Looking for You!
Apply to become one of 12 participants (18+ years) for one of the two topic groups:
- Group 1: Eating & Tracking Do you use apps or point-based systems (like Yazio, MyFitnessPal, etc.) to track and document your eating habits?
- Group 2: Fermentation Do you already ferment food at home (e.g., sourdough, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc.) and have an interest in living foods?
