Climate Detectives

Build your own sensor station and track down heat islands and cool spots. You assemble a senseBox and program it with Blockly. Using sensors for temperature, humidity or UV, you measure at several spots and compare your readings with GeoSphere Austria climate statistics.

Part of the citizen science project Climate Agents: Funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Women, Science and Research (BMFWF) through Sparkling Science 2.0 (OeAD).
