Lab Expert Robotics*
Your tasks:
- Develop and manage the Robotics Lab, including hardware, software, guidelines, and educational projects
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring smooth execution of student projects
- Establish and implement safety procedures, including training for students and faculty
- Manage the lab’s budget and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with researchers conducting experiments and support research projects in the lab
Your strengths and skills:
- Relevant academic education, ideally a PhD degree or comparable practical experience
- Proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System) for programming and controlling robotic systems
- Previous experience working with mechanical, electronic and robotics hardware, preferably in an educational or research environment, is appreciated
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, including relevant certifications if applicable
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
