Applications Now Open Year Round for IT:U’s Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Computing
Applications for IT:U’s Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Computing are now open year round.
IT:U now follows a rolling admissions model, meaning applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Instead of waiting for a single application deadline, prospective students can apply at any time during the year. This approach provides applicants with clearer timelines and more flexibility when planning their studies.
Two Intakes Each Year
Although applications are open throughout the year, students can begin the program during two intake periods:
- Summer Semester (Spring intake), starting in March
- Winter Semester (Autumn intake), starting in October
One special feature of IT:U is that each intake semester represents a full program start, with all first-semester courses offered and running from day one. This means students who begin in the Summer Semester (starting in March) follow the same curriculum structure and timeline as those starting in the Winter Semester (starting in October).
Rolling Admissions and Priority Deadlines
IT:U’s rolling admissions model means that applications are reviewed as they are submitted rather than waiting until a single deadline.
Priority deadlines remain in place to support the review process and ensure timely feedback to applicants. Applications submitted before the priority deadline receive an earlier status update, while applications submitted closer to the final deadlines may take longer to process.
