Social Media Workshop with IT:U

Social media acts as a digital mirror of our world. Through our constant presence online, we consume and share content every day, which generates massive data sets that offer surprising insights into areas such as disaster management or the spread of infectious diseases. This workshop explores the power of this data and discusses both personal and societal impacts. The inner workings of social media platforms and their influence on public participation are examined critically.
