GeoAI — Interactive Social Media Analysis

Train your own model and map real-world events 

Ever wanted to understand how AI works — and train your own model? This workshop uses Jupyter Notebooks to analyze social media posts on topics like natural disasters or disease spread. Participants learn how to detect thematic, spatial, and temporal patterns in data and present them visually on digital maps. Includes discussion on how AI supports crisis response and what content matters most in emergencies.
