She provides consulting and executive coaching in corporate storytelling, media training, change management, leadership development, team management, and business negotiations.
Ana works closely with HR and training teams on the design and implementation of annual training plans, the creation of internal training academies (both online and in-person), content development, gamification strategies, and impactful communication for video-based learning. She also supports teams during organizational change processes.
She has implemented virtual reality as a learning resource in 12 classrooms for 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students. Her master’s thesis focuses on identifying the barriers to VR adoption in schools.
I work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and education—exploring how emerging technologies can empower leaders to connect more deeply, communicate more clearly, and build cultures across disciplines. One of my core purposes is to help bridge the gap that separates people, fostering greater human connection and proximity in both personal and professional contexts.
