Your tasks:

• Supporting the structuring and development of controlling structures in close collaboration with the Head of Finance and the growing departments of Accounting and Procurement
• Actively participating in building an integrated financial planning system
• Collaborating on budget planning and forecasting, including personnel planning
• Participating in the preparation and development of financial statements and reporting
• Generating meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance
• Contributing to the introduction of efficient controlling tools
• Assisting in the planning and improvement of existing planning models

Your strengths and skills:

• Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on controlling
• First practical experience in controlling and knowledge of integrated corporate accounting is advantageous
• Strong IT affinity and interest in new financial instruments (e.g., BI tools)
• Very good German and English skills
• Ability to tackle complex problems while keeping the essentials in focus, approaching tasks with a focus
• Communicative personality with pronounced analytical and solution-oriented skills
• Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented work style for the development and implementation of financial strategy
