Short bio:

Philipp Asteriou’s research focus lies in Situation awareness and Operator Monitoring in the context of driving. Using computational metrics to calculate the Situation complexity and predicting human behavior is applicable in a wide range of different fields. In the context of driving, situation awareness is an important factor when it comes to road safety.  Philipp received his computer science degree from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria campus Hagenberg, specializing in Interactive Media and the relation between Humans and Computers.
