Janja Dörsch
Short bio:
Janja studied Human Geography in Slovenia and Austria, focusing on the relationship between people, places, and cultures. In her work across various industries, her strong language skills and communication abilities have been a consistent asset. Fluent in several languages, she has always built bridges across cultures and disciplines.
As a qualified trainer in adult education and a business coach, she also works as an external lecturer at a university of applied sciences, where she accompanies students as a project coach and, within a European alliance, guides interdisciplinary student teams through Design Thinking processes.
Her passion for environmental issues led to her involvement in the climate movement. This engagement aligns well with the Sparkling Science project Climate Agents, which she currently coordinates at the IT:U.
