Lucia Schramm-Kaineder is the Digital City Studio Manager and Climate Agents Coordinator at IT:U, bridging scientific research and societal agency through community-centered knowledge translation. With 16 years of experience in strategic organizational development and a proven track record of building multi-stakeholder ecosystems, she specializes in converting research insights into participatory practices that enable individuals and communities to move from passive observation to active engagement. Her focus lies in transdisciplinary collaboration: connecting researchers, citizens, urban actors, and local communities to translate complex research into actionable literacy and civic decision-making capacity. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Organization) from JKU Linz.
